Within the contract IPSA INSTITUTE provided the service of drafting the “Preliminary and Main Design of the Sports Center with the City Stadium Mračaj in Jajce”

The above-mentioned services has been provided during the period from 2020 to 2023. The investor was the Municipality of Jajce.
The investment value was €13.6 million.

Project characteristics:
Development of the entire Preliminary and Main design (all phases) for sports and recreational activities with a stadium capacity of 5000 spectators for official events. The project also includes an auxiliary stadium with an athletics track and tennis courts, as well as hotel accommodation with a capacity of 46 double rooms. The total net area of the building of approx. 15,500 m² is distributed over 3 floors (above ground).

The designed facility consists of several functional units:
– ground floor: restaurant, fan shop, changing rooms, gym, administration
– 1st floor: cafes, sanitary facilities, exit to the stands
– 2nd floor: hotel accommodation, TV studio, commentators.

The main design also dealt with the traffic solution for access from the main road to the stadium, as well as access to the stadium grounds.
