During the period from 2008 to 2010 IPSA INSTITUTE performed services for the contracting authority SIPA – State Investigation and Protection Agency over the execution of works on the construction of the Sarajevo Regional Office facility. The investment value of the project was EUR 10 million.

Project characteristics:
SIPA Head Office Building is located in Eastern Sarajevo (Lukavica Settlement). Dimensions of the buildings are 72,40×54,40 m, with total 4 floors. Total gross area of the building is 13.278 m². Besides building construction works, also outer necessary infrastructural works were performed in order to get complete functional and usable building. Building complex consists of parking area, boiler room, gas station, generator room, substation, etc.
Building structure is skeleton reinforced concrete. Façade is combined, ventilated, made partly of alucobond, partly of ceramic, hanged. In the central part of the building there is atrium with specific steel roof structure.
