In order to supervise the execution of works on the construction of residential building B4 “Vila Dalia”, IPSA INSTITUTE is recognized and engaged by the client MBI Development. The services were implemented in the period from 2015 to 2016. The investment value of the project was EUR 1.8 million.

Project characteristics:
Vila Dalia is located in Sarajevo (Municipality of Ilidža).
Dimensions of the building are 33,00×19,60 m, with total 8 floors (basement, ground floor and six floors). Total gross area of the building is 5.174 m². Beside building construction works, also outer necessary infrastructural works were performed, in order to get complete functional and usable building, as well as part of landscaping design around the building (Vila Dalia is the third of seven buildings of the future complex). Future building complex consists of 7 buildings, parking areas, green areas, playground etc.
